Cristol-EHS is a very strong Wetting Agent. It is very stable in alkaline medium at temperatures up to 100 degree celcius. It is a powerful wetting and mercerizing agent for cotton processing. It is less stable in acidic medium and decomposes by losing its activity at higher temperatures. It is useful in metal surface cleaning in electroplating systems.
